Hi Everyone!
Today we will be doing a pranayama practice that will help you oxygenate the body and calm the nervous system. Make sure you practice this on an empty stomach or at least 3-4 hours after eating.
We will start with some easy stretches to warmup the shoulders, spine and open up the hips & hamstrings. Then we will move to a cleansing Kapalbhati Kriya, followed by Chandra & Surya Bhedi Pranayama, Nadi Shodhan Pranayama & Bhramari Pranayama.
You might need one pillow for this practice. Once you are ready, lets gently hop onto the mat & get going.
