Join me for a 20 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. This workout is broken up into 2 circuits. Circuit 1: Focuses on strength lifts such as squats, chest flys and lunges. Circuit 2: Focuses on cleans, swings and snatches.
