今天這支影片,是20分鐘的中長度訓練影片。訓練中,我們將使用一條彈力帶,來完成肩、胸、背、手臂等肌群的訓練。在這之前,先挑選一條適合你的彈力帶。我的話會準備多條不同阻力的彈力帶,依肌群強弱或疲憊感做替換使用。此外背部的訓練,通常彈力帶會需要做固定,而家裡的門就是很好的輔助工具。在背部訓練開始前,可將影片暫停,把彈力帶固定好後再繼續訓練喔!

Hi! I’m Patrick. Thank you for training with me every week.
Today, in the video, we are going to resistance band to train our muscle, including shoulders, chests, backs, and arms. Before starting, find one resistance band which suits you. Or you could also have couple bands with different resistance level and switch while training. Besides, we are going to use door to stable the band during back training. You could pause the video and start again when you are ready.
