When I saw it was only 20 mins my plan was to do it twice, but no way!! That 20 mins was intense enough! Thank you for all these amazing workouts ❤

Who knew 20 minutes could help my sweat so much! I was in a major funk today and didn't want to workout, first mother's day without my mom. Goes to show that using the tools that I know help me in moments like this is the solution to my temporary sadness! This too shall pass! :) Thanks all!

I can relate. Heather was there for me when I lost my dad and couldn't attend his send off because of lockdown. I worked out that day. Then another loss hit our family. Worked out with Heather again. So when I say she helped me through the toughest moments of my life, without even realising, this is what I meant. She saves us in her own way. And I'm grateful. ❤

Was already missing one of your AMRAPs! 🔥 This was super challenging, had to modify on those lunge jumps on the last rounds, but pushed through! Saving it to my favorites! 💜 Finished it up with your 10' standing abs workout 💪🏼 (in total burned 239 cals on my fitbit)
