The stretches in this sequence are perfect for back and shoulders and i can feel how effective is to do this workout to help us to open and be strong in many ways.

This was such a gift today, this past week has been full of moving furniture and boxes and painting...my back and shoulders were screaming at me. This literally loosened everything up and I finally feel relaxed. Thank you!

An amazing practice. Really enjoyed the shoulder stretches. I struggled lifting my arms when in child’s pose, so I moved a single arm instead of double. Found something to work on 💪 thanks for such a brilliant practice. Beautiful sea views 🥰 hope you’re keeping well!

Love from Florida. Loved this practice. I was unable to do the last part puppy pose with the yoga blocks due to my shoulder injury, but I modified it which worked. Thank you for all these amazing toga classes.🧘🏻♀️❤️

This week's schedule is just perfect, it includes everything we need, I also like the coordination between the classes, this strong and peaceful flow really opened into my shoulders and chest and made my spine more fluid for backbends. Day 14 complete

Mine are the same !!!!! I think normally we overuse right arm for some strength related tasks...so it gets tighter or sometimes it can even feel a little not perfect so to say !! I am happy that you enjoyed this practice Diana !!

Hello my dear Fairouz !! I am very happy that you are enjoying the schedules !!! I do try my best to give you a full practice just the same as if you attended a class in a studio !! But this way you know in advance what the focus of the practice is and if necessary you can always change it to another day on schedule or modify or just prepare yourself mentally for the practice !

Stretching my shoulders makes me very hot. But afterwards, there is a kind of fresh air circulating inside the shoulders, as if the accumulated tensions were being unblocked. Very, very pleasant!
