My shoulders feel much better now and I really enjoyed being guided through every movement today. 🥰 Didn't feel like practicing tonight (which is very unusual for me), but I got onto the mat and just started today's first video of the schedule (intermediate). When it's as easy as that, there's really no excuse not to move. 😉🙏

Oooh, this was right on time! I could feel that my shoulders were kinda stiff for a few days. And when they both clicked at side lengthening, I understood they weren't all right all the time before that. Now i can raise my arms freely😁 My joints are saying "thank you!"

Wowwwww, this felt so goooood!!!!!!!! I did this after the 2 power yoga on your Tuesday schedule instead of in the beginning, it felt amazing!! It released all the tension from the previous intense class!! The forearm tabletop with one elbow lifting is so unique, I felt it on every part of the shoulder, the pac, the shoulder blade, the lat….my favourite stretch is the one arm modify puppy pose, felt so good, the whole side of shoulder towards the last, soooo sooo good!!! Can’t wait to practice your new class that will be released tmr !!!

As with all your videos, you are a perfectionist. Love this gentle and good feeling stretches!! Thank you Marina, this practice is supper effective to release the tensions that we commonly carry in the shoulders and neck, and also very nice for the back. I have 2 children and I was always with back pain especially for carrying them, until I discovered you and really continuous practice makes me feel so good!!! 🙌🏻 The music and the background are amaazing toooo!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really cherish shorts practises like this because I know that even if I don't have much time I can wake up and feel my body again in just a few minutes...Today I had to skip the practice for the crow pose as there are too many planks and crunches that would be hard with a 4-month belly..I tried the 30 Full body yoga flow for strength and flexibility/yoga practice for beginners. Hope is ok! Day 2 of week 4 completed!
