just a note , when you drill the holes for the rocker in the tracking mechanism, the rocker holding the tracking wheel should not sit flat but lean downward, the wheel will be brought up to adjust the tracking with the screw, the rocker needs to be able to go past sitting flat against the upright,

Yea that would have been better but it seems to work ok, but sure it does need to swing down further. Cheers

Nice vid, can you tell me the length you've cut the square tubing at

James Miller I sure can, so the front leg is 100mm long, the back leg is 250mm long, the tension wheel tube is 295mm long, the main two bits are each 250mm long, and the two inserts are about 250mm long each. Hope this helped. Thanks

looks nice did you have plans looks like you have done this before, you didn't even use a square welding this together, and it works, tell me why the belts stay on

First of all thanks for your comments. No plans just watched a few videos and worked with what i had haha, this is my first one too. As for making everything square, I just used that red magnet. It all comes down to the tape on the wheels i reckon to keep the belt on, without it or without some sort of ridge, there is no way it would stay on.
