6 chicken wings? I'd eat that much BEFORE dinner! I've done avo-carnivore for a week now...all I can say is Thank God For avocados! I can eat 2 thin pieces of roast or pork or 2 hamburger patties and am so done with it. I think I'm full, then want to eat again in 20-30 minutes. I'm so used to 10-12 cups of veggies per day, I'm starving!

I'm at Day 39 and so far I have lost 30lbs. I have not cheated at all and I won't. I have 105lbs to go to reach my goal of 135-140lbs. I'm walking proof of its' validity. It works but I recommend not cheating in any way, shape or form 😊

I recommend you to cook the steak first and then add the shrimp at the end. They cook much faster than the steak and will be more tender.

Dumb question here. What is wrong with eating spinach, broccoli, kale etc? I think I want to try this. I’m a 60yr old male and weigh about 215# 6’ tall. I’m on bp meds and nothing else. I just don’t feel that good quite a bit of the time. I want to feel better and hopefully be around for a while for my wife and kids. I just need a change. I love everything in those meals. Thanks

I would have to double those portions. For example, I'm used to eating an entire roasted chicken with a couple scoops of 3-bean salad. 3 chicken wings just wouldn't make a meal. Also, I'm doubtful that I could eat 2 meals a day. I often have a cup of coffee in the morning, but I'm usually eating within an hour. I am however intrigued enough to head in that direction.

I've started Carnivore for all of June . To start an all carnivore diet, do u advise to do an all keto diet first? I wanted to try just 3 days carnivore first right now... I was on keto previously but got side tracked and now again Im deleting sugar and gradually reducing carb intake... Im already very much a meat eater... You explain info very well...been a fan but I was hesitant(kept up with Frank Tufano but now learned he stopped carnivore lifestyle because he got real sick, real shocker) I just wasnt sure to start a carnivore way of eating until now and you doing well on it... Im gaining weight and I need to loose it due to health reasons such as inflammation and a little osteoarthritis in knees, high blood pressure, itchy scalp etc. I retain too much water and sense now Im insulin resistance ... I cant eat more than twice a day. I'm 40's male around 170 lb ...If i have 3 duck eggs, some liver and 4 strips of bacon and then later I have some sweetbreads and a ribeye. Im done.

See how you feel eating the first meal and then the second meal. If it's too much meat protein at first - because of digestive issues - then, maybe start out with the eggs, chicken and fish route first to see how your body and digestion are handling it? They (medical community) say as we get past 60 years old we need more protein in our diets. Do make sure you are getting sufficient vitamins and minerals in your diet too. Multi-vitamins don't really give us sufficient amounts that we really need daily. Top vitamins that we ALL are MOST likely deficient in are Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2/MK-7, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Zinc and Potassium, to name a few. I, personally, take Vitamin D3 15,000 IU's DAILY, (1) Vitamin K2/MK-7 90mcg daily, (1) Magnesium Malate 425 mg X 2 times DAILY, (1) Vitamin C 100mg, (1) Zinc 50 mg daily and (1) Boron 3mg daily. I have an autoimmune disease, Celiac Disease, and have nutritional absorption issues because of it. Remember GOOD HEALTH is attainable at ANY age. I hope this helps you on YOUR road to good health. Do you bulk up on this diet… don’t actually want to bulk up… if so this might not be the diet for me. Also what are ounces of meet, egg count and portions for cheese, butter, wings etc? For reference I am 135lbs (US women’s size 6/8) I am a 47 year old female at 5’1”. I would like to get to 125lbs is this possible on this diet it seems like a good fit for my eating habits already. What other things did you do though put the day… did you walk, if so, for how long. I walk or jog about 30 min per day. Is breakfast lunch (no dinner) mandatory or can you do any 2 meals a day at any time? Thank you!

I am a diabetic, who was in the ICU a couple years ago with triglycerides of 2000, no electrolytes in my body, pancreatitis, 1AC at 12, and weighing 269 pounds. The doctors kept asking "why are you not in a coma"? This morning I weighed in at 214. Need to lose 30 more, but feel it's a GREAT start. Triglycerides at 190. 1AC is 5.5. No insulin. No metformin. ALL dietary. Just lately I got stuck at 220 with a hardcore keto diet, and slipped further towards carnivore. Now with this adjustment down further in carbs, I have lost another 6 pounds in a month. All my bloodwork looks GREAT. BP at 128/72. resting heart rate down from 90 to 74. More progress to come.

You will find plenty of bone broth recipes on KZitem. Use one of those, season and flavor. Sriracha would be nice for example. Then crack an egg or two into a bowl and beat. Add some of the broth in a steady stream to the eggs while beating. This is to temper it so you dont get egg clumps. Then add the whole egg mixture to the rest of the broth. Serve. Some people like the clumps so they just add the beaten eggs to the broth. Add meat to the broth if you wish to have a more substantial soup..

I'm going to be cooking up a whole batch of fish cakes/rissoles this weekend. Salmon, Tuna, and Sardine.😁 I got eight straight hours sleep for the first time in a year.😊

Unlike low carb, lean protein, low fat diets eating carnivore I find I'm almost never hungry and am losing my desire to snack or hunt for sweets (and I'm a sugar addict)

That is encouraging, b/c I am just beginning my journey and I crave my Dr. Pepper. However I’m going on my 4th day without it but it’s triggering migraines like crazy!

@@connorjones4893 I'm not sure why calling me old man is relevant. I am fully aware carnivore is low carb but I also said low fat but you clearly have reading comprehension issues. If you are the carnivore expert you would know carnivore is high fat. My dietician had me on high protein and low to no fat. I personally find low fat very unsatisfying. Switching from lean meat and low fat to beef and high fat was a major change. You are clearly an idiot child. I would add your parents failed considering your character.

@@tiara424777 put it this way the only doctor who has ever recommended a carnivorous diet was struck of for doing it. I'd eat your fruit and veg eat less calories than you burn and exercise every day 👍

Wondering whats in the paleo sausages pls? Like what its mixed with as fillers or is it filler free? Struggling to find keto/carnivore friendly sausages that doesn't cost as much as steak so sometimes my partner makes me some skinless ones but would be nice to have a quick go to option. Thanks!

After watching your videos over the past few month I’m now on carnivore I’m 7 days and feel great no side effects at all. I’m one meal a day is that’s what I’m used to anyway. I’m meat eggs some liver and il incorporate dairy when I hit my target weight. My chronic pain has eased off a lot. Thanks for all the info you’ve helped me a lot. Big thanks and love from 🏴 🏴

my results after a week on the carnivora diet. I started very motivated, and after the first 7 days this is what it is: 1. I have gained weight, not muscle, I am fatter. 2. my chronic lower back pain has returned with greater force. 3. more cracked skin. 4. I haven't noticed any improvement in my energy. I'm still the same, there are days when I'm better and others worse. In short, I don't think I will continue with this diet.

With the steak and shrimp dish, you could make a bernaise sauce, it’s made with eggs, butter and tarragon vinegar, the sauce goes well with surf n turf and it’s carnivore friendly. Recipe is on KZitem for the bernaise sauce.

@@melisalaughlin2751 you don’t eat the shallots, you reduce them in the red wine vinegar, then you pour the vinegar into the egg yolks and butter while whisking over boiling water. Just look up the recipe on KZitem.

Perfect. I'm starting carnivore for 30 days for June 2020. Lockdowns got me eating all kinds of sweet junk foods and not exercising. I need a proper reset.

@@naybeeali8935 I've stopped at 25 days into June. It definitely works at keep the weight off but I wasn't losing any weight either even in a deficit. Muscles were flat due to no carbs, but I also wasn't losing fat so I ended up looking "skinny fat". Did not see any of the other benefits like helping with joint pain or sleep. But I did notice my cravings for sugary carbs were completely gone so if u have a serious addiction to sugar, it will definitely help. Plus the foods I could eat on carnivore is just delicious. Overall I would do it again only if I have a sugar addiction which I sometimes do as a means to temporarily reset myself.

Just started this two days ago. I know, I know…I’m literally brand new to it. While overall I already feel better (inflammation pain my knees is already almost gone) I do have headaches. Is that carb withdrawals? I’ve never been a sweet tooth but I’ve always been a bread/pasta tooth.

Yeah, headaches and other pains are related to your carb withdrawal. Eventually, they will go away if they haven't already.

Tip- cook steak first then throw shrimp in at the end. Or they will be over cooked.
