Hey Mina! Here's a quick persuasion tip: don't refer to yourself as 'former professional cook'. Even if youre not employed as a chef, youre still a professional! Its not like you got your license revoked or anything. Dont sell yourself short! It unconsciously makes people think 'former? why did he fall from grace?'

YESSS Veggie side-dishes!!! thank you for this, I've been looking to incorporate more vegetables in my life but my family doesn't cook vegetables so I'm on my own. I especially am struggling to learn ways to cook chickpeas (which you covered, and I'll definitely try it!), lentils and beans like kidney beans, black beans, turtle, etc. I love the way you prepared the spaghetti squash with sweet flavours; one of the things that turned me off spaghetti squash recipes is that it's often used in savoury dishes and i'm not too sure how squash would taste in that, but you've sold me on the sweet! I also never knew that olive oil burns quicker, and not to use virgin olive oil in searing. That explains a whole lot of why some of my dishes (which i use olive oil for) taste so bitter. The broccoli rabe honestly looks so tasty. Would love to see some more dishes using lentils, chickpeas, or a variety of beans! I've been cooking them in chilli or coconut curry but that's the extent of my recipe knowledge haha

Always wondered, what makes a chef go for a stainless, a non stick or any other type of pan? Is there some kind of non written rules?
@MinaAyoubChef
3 жыл бұрын
Eggs or anything with low heat in non stick. Nonstick isn't good on high heat. Stainless i use mainly for meat or things i want to get a color on. Also, oil acts funny in nonstick that's why i used it here

Rem is like the initial Tier of entering into the Anabolic Lifestyle, he gets you on a basic path and things to look for that are super easy and simple to make, once you watch enough of Rem and he posts his video, you can guess 80% or all of the ingredients he will use before you watch it. That's when you upgrade to Nick from Exercise for Cheat Meals or here for Mina. These guys are so smart in the understanding that adding fat adds so much flavor, fat free everything may be the best calorie wise, but if I make a pizza and do half fat free cheese and half full fat, I add 100 calories and 3x the flavor.
@SB-mb5jh
3 жыл бұрын
@@Lefeelz Nah that is fax. I appreciate everything Rem has shown me but I prefer the more complicated anabolic recipes now. Some of his recipes are still in rotation though. His fried chicken recipe... amazing. I can't even hate on him posting so many vids because you have to respect the hustle. Like now that I make videos, I know how hard it is to edit and film one. I hope he starts to post like a recipe every week or two and then other content in between

Good video love what you do with the channel keep it up. I’m sure that this channel can get a lot of attention. I mean look at Adams Reguisa channel ( I’m not sure how it’s spelled but I’m sure you know who I mean). I followed him when he was a relatively small channel and saw a lot of potential even tho it was amateur cooking and filming and look how big he is now and all the great projects he can make. ( i don’t like everything he does but still) I feel like you have the same potential but with healthier recipes, just don’t get discouraged I’m sure it will come. Try to better the lighting and do the focus by hand (depends on the camera). Good luck and I look forward to your next video.
