Thank you for the workout! I have one question - I am looking to build muscle and lose fat, currently I have an average build. I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Can I just do this workout and 10-15 mins of cardio every session to get results? (Total around 60 mins per session) I am also following a diet as much as possible. Thanks in advance!
