I could not catch by breath at times, but I still did this amazing HIIT workout! KK, you are just fabulous & always coming up with fresh workouts for us! Today’s sweaty session burned 236 calories and max HR was 161! Feeling great today!

Das Workout bringt gefühlt jede Körperzelle zum glühen! Noch nie so extrem Muskelkater in den Waden gehabt (drei Tage lang Storchengang). Auch der Kreislauf lief wie eine Dampflock, wenn man durchzieht erreicht man seinen maximal Belastungsplus! Ein wahrhaftes HIIT! Ich bin begeistert!

Haha I thought jumping jacks were my jam until 25% into it and I had to pause for 20 seconds to have a pep talk with myself. I finished it but I may have been whimpering to myself during every single jumping jack variation hahaha!

I woke today thinking my calves might need to be severed from the rest of my body after doing this yesterday barefoot...wow, it crept up on me! Had to do light walking and all upper body today to give the screaming calves a break but I did enjoy the workout! I really love your content...please keep it coming! 💕

Ich bin normalerweise stiller Zuschauer. Aber muss sagen das workout knallt richtig rein. Hab jede Übung geliebt auch die burpees nochmal ganz zum Schluss 🔥 hätte außerdem nicht gedacht dass ich so lange springen kann. Die Waden werden richtig schön in shape gebracht 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
