Same here. Burned 300kcal, but didn't feel like it because of the complexity of chosen exercises. It burns, but not to hard, does not make you think:"f** stop it". Loved it hard!

My absolute favorite all standing cardio! I was huffing and puffing and burnt 280 in short 30 minutes. Most importantly it felt so good to sweat without going up an down :)

Really good HIIT workout, ideal "to go" as it is all standing!! Highly recommending shoes (if you do not have a really good mat which is not slipping at all)!

I tried so hard to not focus on the timer or pause the workout And I went harder than I’ll normally do and it was worth it .. Today was one of those days I tried to talk myself out of doing a workout, my whole body aches 🙈 & I really struggle with a rest day, makes me feel miserable & I always end up binge eating SO I focused on that feeling after one of your workouts and went for it!!!! But to make progress it’s also really really important to listen to our body and to enjoy restdays. We should feel proud of ourselves, also on restdays because we deserve THEM!! ✨🙏🏼 What always helps ME on restdays is: stretching or doing one of my mobility routines. It makes me feel smoother and while being productive with taking care of my body. ❤️ I hope this comment will give you positive energy and helps you. About the binge eating I don’t want to talk too much - because I don’t know you. But searching for help somewhere (professional can be a way out). Eating disorders have mostly deeper causes.
