what I like the most about your workouts is that you always alternate the intervals and also the structure of every workout. there's nothing more boring than all the "fitness influencers"-videos' that are either 45/15 oder 30/15 ALL the time (let alone that your exercises are more than just squats or punches!). Glad that you do what you do, since the very beginning of your youtube career!

Same! I've promised myself not to fall behind as per usual. I will always be 1 video behind (due to time diffs) and will allow myself to be max 2 vids behind (if I switch my rest days) but other than that I have managed to stay consistent to. I'm proud of me! And I'm proud of you too!
