In today's 30 minute yin yoga class we will be targeting the hips to increase mobility and flexibility and to release tension and stress. While doing this I will give gentle cues to keep you focused on the breath.
Breathing deeply and visualising where we want that breath in our body allows us to create space and stillness.
'Where the mind goes the body follows'. And it is exactly that which we will be exploring today while receiving all the yummy benefits of a deep and relaxing yin yoga session.
So get ready and I will be waiting for you on the mat !
