Today we will be doing a short yin yoga sesh for the upper body. The next 20 minutes we will give some sweet lovin to our wrists, arms and chest.
When we sit a lot or carry a lot of stress it tends to settle in our shoulders, neck and upper back. In this video I will give you some tools you can use to release that tention and aim for relaxation.
