Definitely the toughest one so far. I was totally focused on DJ at the beginning, switched halfway to Jen, hoping to find some mercy. Ended with Bruce. If like me you lack coordination, then a windowless basement is your best chance to end this workout with some dignity.

The best workout channel on KZitem!! In my 33 years of life, I haven't followed working out daily since Jan 1 with so much commitment. Even if I excluded other important things, I never miss doing your workouts. The icing on the cake is that everyday it's a new workout which doesn't bore us. Keep up the good job!

Although I started late I am keeping up daily. Never been into boxing so I kept saying "jack frost" instead of jab cross., but it got me through the exercises!

[Liked] Good one. I did martial arts training for many years a long time ago, and then tried some kickboxing cardio for a few months early in the pandemic. The sequences here with the short intros will be tough coordination for someone who has zero experience and they may become frustrated. (I was def. slipping some since it has been about 9 months, but it came back quickly). A slower, sequence -earning video would be helpful for many, I am sure. It is a great cardio workout but some could get discouraged. If you can get stats, maybe compare the ratio of individual views vs. votes. If that ratio is higher than for other vids, it may be because folks gave up.
