1. Manage your insulin resistance (walk for 10 minutes after every meal, take supplements like ovasitol, find your carb tolerance) 2. Try going gluten and dairy free for atleast 30 days 3. Drink spearmint tea twice a day 4. Add more omega 3 into your routine

I came across your videos about 3 weeks ago. It’s been life changing!!! I’ve been gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free since! My weight is finally dropping! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE GREAT INFO!! (I didn’t know that running everyday was actually a hindrance to my health) Weeks before hearing all your insights, I purchased and tried the powder, S’moo, to help my regulation and I have a history with ovarian cysts (my ovarian torsion was a living nightmare). I realized S’moo has some of the ingredients you’ve mentioned that can help PCOS: Magnesium, Zinc, Inositol, Ashwagnada Root Powder, and there’s some others. I would love to know your thoughts on this powder one day! I haven’t seen that many reviews on this product.

I have suffered from PCOS for about 9yrs now, I used to take ovasitol but I like more natural ways... for the last 9months, I have been able to control my symptoms by going the homeopathic direction. 1. For my insulin resistance...I take a 1/2 tsp of ceylon cinnamon in hot water every morning.. it makes me more insulin sensitive, increases my progesterone while lowering the testosterone. 2. To reduce inflammation I take 1/2 of turmeric powder with a pinch of black pepper in hot water. I have had regular periods for the first time in years, my hair growth is normal , my anxiety/depression have reduced by far.

I used to have really bad acne until my 30's but my major problem is still mood, anxiety, panic, facial hair growth and hair loss on scalp. At times I just want to scream, cry, throw something, at times I want to just be alone and others I want fun understanding people around me. A lot of the time I still feel that people are out to exclude me from gatherings or watching tv etc. upsetting me by just close affectionate couples and me being so very lonely , feeling lost etc....

I never thought I’d post this comment because it’s sort of personal. But last week I went to see my boyfriend before he took off to work. I brought him snacks and we kissed but I noticed him staring me down and when I got home I noticed some facial hair I had on my jaw. I typically wax because I’ve gotten laser but since this is a hormone issue the hair comes back. He started getting distant after that day and today we broke up. I’m having a hard time trying to understand why is this a dealbreaker for some guys. I learned how to accept myself and well I’m currently on my health journey and planing on going gluten and dairy free to see what happens. I was wondering how does your partner react to facial hair?

I'm so sorry that you had to experience that! And honestly, if such a small thing like some hair on the jaw is a dealbreaker for him, then he does not deserve you at all! I am sure you will find someone who couldn't care less over some facial hair on his partner. My husband is really supporting and I asked him to always tell me if there is noticeable hair on my face. So he does, he tells me when there is hair but he also tells me everytime that he does not care about the hair and that I do not have to remove it for him. He loves and desires me even though I have facial hair, gained weight and have horrible acne because of my PCOs. He always tells me that I am beautiful and shows me every day that he actually believes that. So I really hope you will find someone as supportive. Life can be a real struggle for us woman because of society's unrealistic und unnatural beauty standards, so at least our partner should be our safe space, where we can have leg hair and facial hair and belly rolls and acne and live our normal life's like normal human beings. Life is too short to spend your time with someone who only wants you when you spent your entire morning in the bathroom. And if that's you on the profile picture - Girl, you are an absolute babe! You are beautiful and strong and loved. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :)

I used to get these quite a bit as well🥺 The main cause could be Vitamin D deficiency.... It's worth doing a blood test, as the results can help you figure out what's going on in your body (any deficiencies) and therefore will make it easier for you to figure out the best possible way to address the problem. Supplements high in vitamin D are likely to help, and eating foods like: eggs and fatty fish (e.g salmon) might also be helpful Making sure you go out and getting that natural sunlight will also increase your Vitamin D levels Hope this helps! Xx

i mainly suffer from cystic acne around my chin/mouth after i stopped taking the birth control pill a few years ago. i completely changed my diet 2-3 months ago (no sugar, milk, white bread, red meat and i general food with low GI. i also started to drink spearmint, nettle and green tea everyday) and go for a walk every single day. unfortunately i cant see much of a difference yet, how long can it take to fix hormone imbalance and you see results? its so frustrating bc the cysts always leave deep red marks that take forever to go away.. and my skin is really damaged and has never time to heal bc i regularly get new cysts.
