I did once hyrox posted here, it was extremely hard, intense and effective. All workouts make us being strong, conditioning. Thanks so much, you inspire us because you change much lives. It's not about shape but being strong for our diary activities.

I love you kayak, I have been your fan since 2022, when I started with your workouts my dumbbells were 2kg or 4kg max. now for upper body I use 7 and for lower body I use 12 or 20 kg based on the move. thanks a lot for the workout videos you share here with us.

kaykay, I am an esthetician. I want to encourage you not to enhance your already beautiful and natural face. Many will tell you that you need to do this if you are going to be on social media but I find through my years of experience that natural aging is always better and more beautiful in the long run. What people don't know about botox and fillers is that there is a reason why people end up looking like aliens - the effects in the long run are not good. I say all this with the kindest of heart as one of the reasons I have liked your videos is not just because of your awesomeness as an athlete but also because you are not pretenious or narcissitic. It's amazing how a few additional seconds (40 to 60 sec) can turn a challenging routine to a more tougher performance. Not only was this physically demanding but mentally exhilarating because to finish a 60 second portion was so encouraging to go to the next. This was definitely a me vs me challenge. Thank you so much for the variation of exercises and literally taking us out of our comfort zone. I truly ❤ this hyrox inspired routine! Feel 💪🦵👊 and 💦🥵 at the same time but most of all accomplished🎉and happy 🥰👏to have finished it.. using 10kg 90%! Thank you again! Truly an inspiration!❤

I watched last night with excitement of it being my today’s workout. Strength & lifting is where I am strong, it’s endurance where I sometimes struggle, so…I thought I’d give this a good go with my 7.5kg dbs and I did it and I must say, it was ok. So i will be challenging myself this week with the same workout with my 10kgs 🙌💪 thanks kaykay, amazing as always ❤️

Holy burpees! Kay, I dont know how you do this with 20lb for the duration! You are strong. Instead of jumping over dumbbells, I did broad jump forward and then backward into another burpee. I used 5lbs for windmill and planks. I used 3lbs for the non weighted exercises. I used 17 and 20lbs for the remaining exercises ❤
I loooved this one as all your workouts and the extra seconds under special are so hard and challenging but therefore so much fun! 💪🏻❤️

Thank you so much for the workout Kaykay! 💪🏼💞 I was on a road trip and finally got to do this just now and I loved it! I'd like to make a small suggestion. Could there be some kind of mark in the "exercise preview" if the move is split 50/50? That could help your audience go for a bigger weight and not lose the time. It happened twice that at e.g. 37 sec left I figured I can't go for the whole time, and lost the time before 30 sec and the switch of the side grabbing a lighter weight. If I knew, I would have just gone for at least 1 rep. Thanks in advance and greetings from Finland! 🙌🏼🇫🇮

Es war Mega liebe Katrin… unterschied ganz klar zum Fullbody Crusher viel mehr Schultereinsatz was ich liebe 😍 finde bei Fullbody ist die beinlast mehr aber egal lieb beides das war ein absolutes power workout ich bin froh das ich mir zwei verschiedene Gewichte hin gelegt hatte 😂😂 Respekt du musst durchziehen 😂🎉🎉🎉❤ mega danke dafür 🧡💫

Mega workout , mit dem Timer von 60 sec. echt richtig gut !! AAAABBBER können wir mal bitte über deine Matte sprechen ?? Die ist DER Wahnsinn! Deine workouts sind eh next Level , aber wenn man so eine Matte hat , ist es nochmal um 1000% besser !! Ich hätte nie gedacht was eine Matte ausmacht, hab immer gedacht die einfachen tun es auch , aber jetzt habe ich sie mir gegönnt , und Leute , Katrin , sie ist BOMBE ! Echt, Hut ab was du da gezaubert hast !! Freue mich jetzt noch mehr auf die morgendlichen Einheiten mit dir !! Ahh this is gonna be my favorite 🥵🤭 with Hyrox how heavy is the ball for the 100x wall ball with the last exercise? I used the TRX with resistance bands for the skiing exercise. Thank you a bunch Kathrin for this awsome WO 😘
