Omg... I hadnt done any hiit workouts for weeks and It was my first hiit after a while... I had to take couple of breaks at 70% ... IT WAS A KILLER! Loved it!!!! Heart beat reached up to 182 oh my ... Good idea I took breaks haha. It was such a great calorie shed hiit!!

Really, really enjoyed this workout, although I didn't think so during some of the movements, haha (those 180 squats though)! Great challenge, pushed my limits, but at the same time I saw areas where my strength and conditioning has improved. Really enjoy your programming, thanks so much!
