Thanks Kurt ! I may hv posted wrong . It was 145 lol . You could do 145 1 armed lol . Yeah no regular squats for a while Kurt . I’m gonna take your advice. I may front squat close stance but the regular rebound squat just hurts the it band hip Area too bad . I give up lol
