Great session Wilson! Figuring out what to do when you have ridden the linear progression as far as it will go can be a mixture of confusing and frustrating at times.

Nice and easy session, Wilson! You made short work of the deadlifts and the bench presses. Pullups looked great! I'm warming up for my left arm rehab! Lol! 3 lb dumbell, baby! Oh, yeah! 🫡💯👍

Hope You’ve been doing well . I go through phases as well where I don’t post for a while . Sometimes I just like to put on my music and just workout without hvimg any distractions such as recording.
