Sir please explain can we eat 1gm creatine by the respect of body weight mean if I have 100 kg body weight I should eat 100gm creatine per day

Took me a year to get all my fingers on in the front rack. Had to stop bench pressing and focused only on learning the olympic lifts.

Holy shit! 1 gram of creatine per kg bodyweight. I weigh 85 kg so for me thats 85 g of creatine. Listen to me, do not fucking take 1 gram of creatine per kg of bodyweight. Take around 5 grams in total, doesnt matter your bodysize.
