These stories are the only thing getting my 2yo to sleep. I been up for 2 weeks straight with a 2yo ALL Night every night being a crazy person and his dad used to put these on for us to fall asleep to so he's heard them before. His dad also hasn't been with us and can't be since a little more than 2 weeks now.

Late reply, but in my case, I have autism and have to deal with hypersensitive hearing. Without headphones, loud noise can get genuinely painful and/or unpleasant.

You’re by far my favorite story telling channel. I used to be a die hard “being scared” but they only oost once a month if I’m lucky. But you…. You post multiple times a week and although I wish it could be everyday haha but I still love it and appreciate it more than you know. It helps me to sleep at night. I understand people express themselves in their own way. But some people write these stories like that first year creative writers at university who misunderstand what makes writing 'eloquent' it makes for frustrating listen and you wish they take a step back and connect more with their own experience rather than perceived experience with the mind of an audience.

The woman who did the story about the running story with Kayla, REALLY needs to share this story with David Paulidas. He has been investigating these type of events. I hope you share this with him. I don't necessarily think this was heat stroke, could've been , but seems like it could be something else. And being Spiritual and 1 with nature, is a wonderful thing. I like boos and booze a lot and chilling tales for dark nights but not all the readers. Definitely recommend Drew Blood though. We don't like most the readers either on KZitem and I'm a woman and hate all the women readers bc of how they do it. I'd step yup to the plate but my 2yo doesn't let me do really anything so starting a channel AND reading for hours isn't going to fly since he no longer needs sleep 😂

The author is a creative writer; her prologue added a personal ingredient which made her more relatable. ..you know, kind of like reading actual books used to offer. And btw, the whole story was a 'monologue' .

Or you could just be a compassionate human being and realize that nearly being murdered/the psychological impact that has on someone might require a bit of talking about beforehand? I for one feel that her "monologue" as you put it was helpful in contextualizing the story so that I understood the full effect it had on her. "Get to the bloody point" is a vile thing to say to someone who was brave enough to share this with a wider audience. Be better ❤

I need to send you my scary trail running story. Synopsis - Group used to do night runs...about 11 mile loop. It was Fall around 11pm and we ran upon an older man dressed in camo hiding under leaves. Thought he might be hurt but instead he was mumbling about guns and war. Maybe PTSD flashback? But quickly realized we were in danger and took off down the trail.

The skulls in the woods- scavengers like coyotes will often drag skulls from animals for miles and miles. Headless animals wandering in tlhe woods is different.

I don’t know what story’s are true if any but the comments here about the first story are just rude af. That one actually seemed true, in which case I enjoyed the pretense before mentioning the actual experience. How someone is affected and copes with a trauma is just as interesting as the traumatic event is terrifying. Obviously it could just be fiction, but if it’s not and the op is in the comments I appreciated the intro

I've experienced the Black fly swarms before. It is pretty crazy when you come across a huge swarm of them.
