Have you ever thought, boy, if I could just lose 30 pounds, I’d be so happy? Perhaps you’ve lost weight but now the struggle is real as you try desperately to maintain the weight loss. I have been the same weight for my entire adult life (minus a few pregnancies along the way) and yet I don’t diet. I have a wonderfully positive outlook on life (most days!) and am truly happy both personally with my friends, family and relationship as well as professionally. Don’t get me wrong, everything is not perfect all the time! That would be impossible!
Hey, crap happens in all of our lives, and there’s no happiness guarantee, but if you are generally in a good mindset, you can better cope when the going gets tough as well as live your daily life with a little more spring in your step.
On the food side of things, I really have a hearty appetite! I do eat anything I want, it’s all a balancing act. I show you exactly what I do at every meal, you are the boss, pick and choose and make the meal work for you!
