Regarding pill sorter - please remember that every pharmaceutical product has its own specifications- such as the lifespan outside the package. For example, some of them should be taken 90s after being snapped out of the package. They can acquire moisture, or their assimilability changes.

Hey Ali long time viewer here, just wanted to say how much I appreciate the massive uplevel in production value in your videos recently (animations, B roll etc). I especially enjoyed the animations of the research papers being highlighted! Glad to see as the channel gets bigger you are still authentic and not afraid of talking about your insecurities and when things haven't worked first time (like with the weight loss results on the DEXA scans). I used to watch your videos at 1.4X speed but now things are so fast paced and the editing is so tight I find it works better at normal speed - don't be afraid to slow things down and just talk at the camera without cutaways / animations every once in a while still - I can tell you are really thinking about engagment / retention in your recent videos but your awesome personality will shine through more. Keep up the great work. Your content & podcast have honestly changed my life so much for the better.

I love this video so much! I am so into the holistic approach to health! 2 years ago I was diagnosed with autoimmune disorder and I had pretty bad blood results. I didn't even know about it and I felt betrayed by my body. Soon after I started training boxing 3 times a week, I also got back into running, changed my diet according to the restrictions of my condition and started going to therapy. 2 years after I am in remission ❤️ I am better and better in boxing, I ran my 1st half marathon and I am doing monthly check-ins with my therapist. My life just started again! ❤️ It' so important to take care of our bodies and mind!

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years.

Instead of reading all these “new” studies telling benefits of something as simple as medication or avoiding sedentary life, it would actually pay to listen to our own elders and our own body. Most of these new studies are basically a polished version of what is already known. Yes, methodical research is needed but having a good health is actually far simpler than anyone would have us believe. Lastly, it is ironic to see “health products” in a health video (yes, you read that right). No supplement, no processed product can replace real, fresh food. We always say we are too busy to make and eat fresh food. Well, then we are not practicing what we preach! The one thing I definitely agree with is nothing comes before health.

I'd be really interested to know how you view the ongoing risks associated with COVID infections when assessing health. I completely agree that health is fundamental to a happy life, but surprised that you don't mention the importance of avoiding COVID (re) infection in any of your online content. I mention this particularly given the growing evidence (published articles in reputable peer-reviewed medical journals) that even "mild" and "asymptomatic" initial phases of infection can still cause a myriad of health challenges and disabilities, including cognitive impairments/brain damage. For many, no matter how many health hacks are used to optimize their nutrition, fitness, and sleep, if they're repeatedly getting infected with COVID they'll not be able to avoid the fact they have viral reservoirs in their body, have t cell activation until t cell exhaustion, continually declining CD4 counts, and are getting ill with more and more things they previously didn't have to worry about. That's separate from the risks of symptomatic long covid. Given all this, is wearing a high-quality mask in places where there is poor indoor air quality and ventilation, not a good "health hack" to promote?

The amount of radiation used in DEXA scans is similar to the amount of radiation used in common x-rays. Although we all are exposed to ionizing radiation every day from the natural environment, added exposures can slightly increase the risk of developing cancer later in life. 😮
