5 g ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 leek
200 ml chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tablespoons sake
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tsp gochujang (red pepper paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
white sesame seeds to taste
10 g yam
