Hey jc, thanks for the video! What else would you recommend looking over maintenance-wise with one of these machines? I'd like to pick one up by the end of summer (MH 4900). We have a place that's too tight for a full-size backhoe, but these Struck machines look like a good solution. Move some balsam saplings. Move a few little logs around a portable sawmill. Plow snow. That kind of thing... What other words of wisdom you have for us? Thank you for any info!

Thanks for the info. Looks like a handy tool in the right circumstances. I have to laugh about all the guys saying they are a toy. Yes, if you're building a superhighway, it may not be very useful. Small homeowner though, looks like the right fit... Take care!

I have the same machine or something like it. I have the 7000 and i hate that part. I had to saw mine off and replace it with all thread. don't know how long it will hold up. Would like to come up with a better solution. Like hydraulics or some kind new nut. Out everything about the machine that is the worst part. It is a pain when you lose the track.

I just bought new bolts and nuts for the chain tensioners. New style looks upgraded. Old ones were bent.
