I NEVER comment on KZitem videos but this is the absolute BEST pregnancy workout video I've found!! Challenging, gets your heart rate up but well paced and with great modifications! Due to COVID I am sure many other pregnant ladies are finding ways to stay active at home and I'm so glad I found this channel. I wish there were five more of these strength circuit videos!!! ❤️

I just have to say, I am so grateful I found your 30 Day Free Pregnancy Workout Plan! I am pregnant with my 3rd baby (2nd trimester) and have found this pregnancy to be especially hard fitness and nutrition-wise compared to my last two. I was about to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a pregnancy program that only offered 3 days of workouts a week and now I can do a whole 30-day plan with you for free and feel EMPOWERED and MOTIVATED to stay moving! I think this was the very first workout of yours that I did, months ago now, and I love this one! It is so cool to see that I've progressed and gotten stronger from doing your workouts from when I first tried this one. I have definition in my arms and 10 lbs weights are getting easy for me now! THANK YOU!!! 29 weeks now and so thankful for these workouts! My back and body is feeling so much better this pregnancy compared to my others- this is the first one I've strength trained throughout!

Love this work out! I started doing this 3x a week at 12 weeks, currently 28 weeks and still going strong! It's just challenging enough, while also fun and safe! Feels amazing to maintain my physical fitness and levels of energy as I am getting closer to my delivery date. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! This workout made me cry tears of joy :).I needed you in my first trimester and the beginning of my second trimester. ❤️. I use to be an avid bodybuilder but once becoming pregnant lost my energy and motivation to train. At points in my day I would try old workouts but just feel defeated or weak after going two days in a row during the week and then I would just stop. Your workout video was motivating, challenging, fun, and strengthening. It made me feel whole agaom. Thank you ❤️

I Googled pregnancy workout and yours was the first one I opened. THANK YOU for making a realistic workout for all stages in pregnancy and being so natural and easy to follow. I love how you take water breaks and how you challenge us to go heavier! I used to never take water breaks, but I need it! And, I've never leveled up on weights so quick. For me, heavy is 10 lbs and I'm finally there after doing your postpartum calendar since around 8 weeks postpartum(baby is 4.5 months). I'm so proud of myself! Thanks for pushing me! I've had my 10 lb weights for years, but rarely used them in other workout videos over the years thinking they were too heavy😅. You are so empowering!

Same! Mid second trimester and had nausea and vomiting until now and struggling with fibromyalgia too. Was also admitted so im glad to get my body moving again! Strength training helps to reduce my pain. Thank you so much

I've done this workout every week through my second and third trimesters and it has helped me so much! Even just thinking about how I move my body in everyday life to keep my core tight and not hurt my back. Thank you for sharing this! Thank you so much for this workout. I started at 17 weeks pregnant with my ninth baby (yes, ninth) and all my bicep pain (present for a year previous) has disappeared and I have none of the usual pain associated with pregnancy. I'm also 43 years old and it's great to finally add strength to my exercise routine. I have to say that the workout is perfectly timed and choreographed and there is never a point where I think that I can't go on or where I dread a particular move. (And the photo is my husband...)

I loved this!! I'm 27 weeks and have been working out most days, not to the intensity I'm used to as most of the pregnancy workouts are slow paced, but this was amazing!! It felt SO good to move! Thank you!! I'm definitely going to be working my way through your playlist - I felt so strong yesterday because of this, and a little bit sore today 😅

Thank you again for these great videos 🙏🏼 I had to give up running earlier than I expected at 24 weeks and I’ve been struggling - it’s hard to replicate the same sense of accomplishment that running preggo gives me! But I did this video for the first time and felt great and had a similar sense of bad assery 🎉 so important for my physical and mental strength 💪🏼 grateful!!

I loved this workout. Ive been searching for a pregnancy workout that made me feel like I was actually doing some work, ended up always doing regular workout videos to feel challenged until I tried this one! I am sweaty and I love it!!!

I loved this workout! The lady kept up a great dialogue that kept me motivated without being too chatty. I didn't feel like I needed to pause my workout to look at what she was doing since she described them well. It was just the right amount of challenge to feel great after working out but not like I need hours to recuperate. Subscribed!

This was DEFINITELY a challenging one💪🏿! I just lost 60 lbs when I found out I was pregnant with my 4th! I had to take a break from weight training for a while, but I’m so glad to have found this video! Thanks for sharing momma❤️🙏🏿! Really really enjoyed this workout! I'm 32 weeks and alternated between 5 and 8 lb. dumbbells, using whatever felt best. It has been a real challenge to stay active during my pregnancy and this workout left me feeling really encouraged so thank you!!

Thank you so much for this workout! I've always been active but this is my first pregnancy and was nervous about what was safe. I love how this was actually an advanced workout that I would have done pre pregnancy and made me feel great!

Just started the 30 day pregnancy plan! I just found out I’m expecting. I’m an avid runner and have been doing strength and biking and yoga. Excited to have these pregnancy friendly videos in my pocket to continue staying active during pregnancy. It’s something I wish I did the first time (this is our second baby). I’m much more fit and healthy now and want to keep it going! Thank you! Looking forward to the rest of the month.

this was awesome! i'm at 21.5 weeks and haven't worked out at all because I've been so nauseous, so I was a little intimidated coming into this, but with 5lb dumbells I could do everything and felt great!!!

The workout that started it all for me with NML! I was 17 weeks pregnant and searching for a quality, advanced but safe for pregnancy workout and found this and it KICKS ASS!! I have incorporated this workout into my prenatal workouts and have done it every week. (I do half strength/half cardio and yoga every Sunday.) I was a gym bunny before I got pregnant. But trimester one destroyed me I was so tired and sick everyday. semester 2 im back! But extremely unfit. It feels like starting from scratch again. These videos help a lot!

I’m following the postpartum calendar. I did this without weights and really focused on mind muscle connection…This was still incredibly hard. Thank you for the workout session!
