Then I beat 120 g of soft butter for about 2-3 minutes, until the butter is white, and mix it with the egg mass.
Then I sift the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder into this mixture.
In the dough I pour 80 ml of milk (room temperature).
INGREDIENTS for 20cm shape:
3 eggs (Size M)
8 gr. Vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120 gr sugar
120 g butter (room temperature)
150 gr flour
3 Teaspoons baking powder
80 ml milk
40 gr cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
for chocolate glaze:
50 gr chocolate (40%),
15 gr soft butter
35 ml milk
Chocolate sprinkles or Chocolate shavings to decorate
I bake the cake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius (340 ° F) top-bottom heat without convection .
