FARM STAND FRESH AMBROSIA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups mini Marshmallows
1 cup segmented Pixie Tangerines or clementines
1 fresh pineapple, chopped
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup toasted Pecans
1/2 cup drained Luxardo Maraschino Cherries, or traditional red maraschino cherries
LETS MAKE IT-
In the chilled bowl of a stand mixer, add the cold whipping cream and sugar. Using the whisk attachment, whip till stiff peaks form, about 1.5 minutes. Fold in the sour cream. Add the remaining ingredients and fold to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve. Enjoy! Happy Easter!
NOTES: You can find Luxardo Cherries online, or at specialty grocery stores! I highly recommend that you try them, you won’t be disappointed. You know I wouldn’t steer you wrong!
