A mixed grill can produce meals for days. Last night I grilled burgers and sausages so I could use the sausage for Pasta (not tonight), Sausage Sandwiches (my son took one for lunch today) AND our dinner tonight: Sausage Rolls (the hacked way). I use charcoal for my grill because I like the way the meat tastes after.
12-15 minutes in the over, this takes NO time. Really easy and fun dinner. Add some fruit or chips or pasta salad as a side and this is a killer “summer” dinner. I hope you all enjoy it.

Grill Sausage Night Before
10 minutes to prep
12-15 minutes to cook
5 minutes to cool
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUSAGE ROLL
1. Sweat Italian Sausage
2. Crescent Roll Dough
HOW TO
1. Grill Sausages the night before you want to make these
2. Cool them down in the fridge
3. Heat oven to 375
4. Grab 4 sausages
5. Split them, lengthwise, then split them again (1 sausage should produce 4 sausage links)
6. Roll out dough (triangles)
7. Cut triangles in-half
8. Take 1 sausage link and roll it around the triangle
9. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet
10. Toss them into the oven for 12 minutes
11. Check them, they might need more time
12. When ready, pull them out and let rest for 5 minutes
13. Enjoy
