⏲️ Baking time: 25-30 minutes
⏲️ Baking temperature: 180°C (350°F)
🥟 Ingredients for the dough:
🌾 250g flour
💧 125ml water
🍶 1 teaspoon of vinegar
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 2 tablespoons of oil
📝 Dough instructions:
⚙️ In a large bowl, mix 250g of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
🌱 Add 125ml of water, 2 tablespoons of oil with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mix well.
🥄 Knead the mixture until you get an elastic and malleable dough.
🕒 Divide the dough into small balls and cover them with a damp towel to let them rest for 30 minutes.
🥧 Ingredients for the filling:
🍏 3 apples, peeled and diced
🍋 Juice from half a lemon
🍯 50g brown sugar
🥄 1 teaspoon cinnamon
📝 Instructions for filling:
🥣 In a bowl, mix the grated apples with the juice of half a lemon.
🍯 Add 100 g of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well to cover the apples evenly.
