Here’s what you need to DO!! Most people start after Christmas - not US - let's get set BEFORE!!

Plan overview - from Monday 13th to Christmas Day (6 Weeks)
Exercise/fitness (around 9 hours a week)
1. Daily core workout (I’ll post a video of the full workout that you can follow along - around 18 minutes
2. Weights - 30 mins three times a week - you’ll only need kettlebell and/dumbbells - it’ll be full body and again, I’ll post videos to this
3. Couch to 5k - usually 3 runs a week up to 30 mins
4. Minimum of 4 hours cardio (zone 2) - could be swimming, cycling etc - I’ll be using my bike commutes)
Blood sugar reduction
1. Daily fasted blood glucose monitoring
2. 16/8 intermittent fasting
3. No specific focus on what you eat but losing weight by eating less and exercising more will lower you blood sugar
Life hacks/habit forming
1. A few low level changes to improve lifestyle/mental health
