* 200g ready to eat chickpeas
* 2 small aubergines
* 1 onion
* 200g white potatoes
* 2 carrots
* 3 garlic cloves
* to taste: chilli, garlic, coriander, parsley, paprika (smoked or sweet would be better), tumeric, cinnamon (I didn't have any so added nutmeg)
I put in a shed load of garlic and chilli paste and it was lovely.
