For anyone wondering it's pronounced "wuster" sauce, unless you're from Yorkshire, England - then it's pronounced "Henderson's Relish". Tastes virtually the same but doesn't contain anchovies so it can be enjoyed by veggies and vegans, as well as being gluten free to boot (Worcestershire sauce isn't any more). Crab cakes look great btw

This is exactly how they make crab cakes on the eastern shore of Maryland. Which I spent a great. Of my life. This is a great recipe except I would skip the mustard as to me it has a flavor to the crab that does not quite go with it. Most of the people that I know that make crab cakes do not use it. Thank you for the video
