Ingredients:
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
Optional add-ins:

1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the yogurt or sour cream, and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
