When the weather starts to cool, the nights start drawing in... autumn is on its way and this is the perfect dinner! A confession; I really don't like using sausage meat. I find the best sausage meat comes from sausages themselves, so buy the best you can find! This also works really well with gluten free pastry!

To follow along with this video you will need:
Pre-heated oven to Gas Mark 6/ 200c/ 180c Fan
Large baking tray (lined)
Large mixing bowl
1 packet ready rolled puff pastry
8 sausages
2 dsp chutney (OPTIONAL)
Or 1 eating apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
Or 1 dsp wholegrain mustard
1 egg, beaten
