Nice outside setup. My grandparents started a Chinese restaurant in the 60’s and after retiring in the 90’s they built a custom home and made the backyard porch extra big and the roof over it made extra tall so they could do all their stir fry dishes there w/o worrying ab splattering oil and burning the house down 😂. They used gas turkey fryer burners that had a special wok rack attachment.

We got ours off eBay. Don't want to recommend my specific brand cuz it has a manufacturing defect but if you search wok range or wok burner on eBay you'll find a lot of options (:
