Hi. I love your 5 minutes Abs videos. Very efficient and effective. May I suggest that in the videos, for any change in routine, maybe you could incorporate a voice over for the change? It's not always easy for me to keep my eyes on my laptop screen when I'm in the middle of the workout. Thanks so much.

I do this routine 4-5 days a week and have noticed my abs pop right out! Love this routine and its not that difficult to do. Plus its a very quick workout

Oh boy! As a former and fallen top athlete that got into calisthenics a few months ago, I'm constantly looking for new ways to work out and I figured I'd give this routine a try. While I did manage to get through it, more or less, I experienced a cramp in my abs for the first time ever, which actually was a wonderful feeling. I seriously enjoy watching your videos. Keep it up!

Hey Brendan , i thought it would be great if we could hear some sound when you switch exercises , some of us are following you via phone(i'm poor,dont have internet on pc so i get it via wifi) and cant see when you switch exercises . I also have trouble seeing when i do your stretching routine.

Awesome workout. The only thing that I might add for the leg lifts is some sort of lower back support (Small pillow, rolled up towel, whatever)

First time I tried this video I got hooked immediately, not saying that its hard but its achievable. And i can see the results. I don't do it everyday, but maybe like 2 to 3 times a week.

thanks man I was not aware of half of these ab exercises better than the standard planks crunches leg raises reverse crunches woodchops ab mat sit ups ab twists penguin crunches I was doing might add some of these to the mix on ab days cheers and nothing like a good padded yoga or exercise mat mine serves me well most days

Hi Brendan, I've been out of rugby a while with a back injury and really need to strengthen my core not only for sporting reasons but to look good with a healthy diet. I've been pretty lazy with training core in the past compared to other body parts, so i guess the question is, how often and for how long do you suggest i train core each week?

The first one he did is a variation of regular toe-touches called the "jackknife". Be careful not to overstretch your back on that one. S/N this guy is crazy strong.
