A lot of people are very worried about the sub pixel structure. To clarify I did not show any close ups from this monitor. The image I showed is from a different monitor. To be clear this one image was never meant to represent the monitor and I had no idea people would interpret it that way. I simply showed it as an example of QD OLEDs triangle structure in general for all QD OLEDs. That said It was clearly a mistake which caused confusion that I will not repeat. Also I think it’s time to clear up my opinion on QD OLED generations. I have found after much testing that there is little to no appreciable difference between the generations on monitors specifically. This includes brightness and text clarity, where I personally can’t say it has noticeably improved. Additionally, as far as l'm aware the burn in complaints from V1 were more to do with incorrect pixel refresh settings, though yes, there is a chance the latest gen OLEDs MAY be a bit more resistant to burn in, but I have not seen any evidence to prove this claim. Hopefully you can understand that sometimes we as reviewers make mistakes or don't think about how something might be interpreted differently if not worded correctly. Thanks for watching Also this review is NOT sponsored by MSI. My sponsor is Ruipro for Ruipro cables. Please keep in mind I will always do my best to disclose sponsors audibly. What do you think?

I for one appreciate the clarification and honesty. I do have a question regarding the burn-in matter though. Has MSI ever fixed the MSI MPG 321URX having that annoying warning pop-up telling you to run the pixel cleaning after every 4-hours or so of runtime? I don't know how manufacturers deal with these features. But I believe LG has the best and most non-obstructive method with their OLED TV's care features since before, where the cleanup only runs once you turn the display off after using it past a certain amount of hours. I kind of find it lacking that majority of reviewers are not talking in detail about these important features despite endorsing these new QD-OLED monitors to customers.

I received this monitor recently, and I found a bug that adaptive sync isn't properly working. It fixes screen tearing but not micro-stuttering, believing that the refresh rate isn't really following in game's FPS when it's within VRR range. The refresh rate counter on monitor is likely a lie. Can you confirm whether you're having the same issue or it's just me?

Did you know an IPS black version in 34"? I would like to buy an ultra-wide, but for gaming and software development too. So text clarity would be important for me. Unless it is with the new pixel structure layout, I will instantly buy it. And my RTX3070 cannot handle a 32" 4k 😅

Call me a skeptic, but, the aggressive price, actually puts me in alert mode. $899 for this, is very, very nice. I just have to wonder, where did they cut corners to get this price? The specs for $900 USD, are very imrpessive, and well, I don't believe MSI priced it this low out of the goodness of their hearts. Will we see some sort of mass failures in some component(s) in a few years? I just don't trust "too good to be true" products like this. 😆

I had the LG and the panel was nice, but the curve was something I couldn't get used too. Next to my OLED G8 I could also say having a QDOLED is just better than a matte screen like the WOLED on the LG if your room isn't too bright. But yeah if you don't care too much about the screen coating, something that did make me return it was the curve.
