As a note: Hardware Accelerated GPU scheduling basically takes load off CPU and puts more load on GPU. It is a good option if you see your CPU bottlenecking during game. But mileage on using this option may vary.

You can pretty much turn effects to very low. The only thing you lose is some snow movement, meanwhile you gain visibility. Same for terrain quality. Barely noticable, if any. Volumetric fog looks dreadful no matter the settings (grainy and smudgy) so it's better to turn it off entirely. As for lighting: well... if you want extra glossiness that comes from lumen just get reshade. It's a cheap shot but lumen is very, very taxing on the gpu.

@@juliordgz9814 that's because you have removed that obnoxious, nasty looking volumetric fog. It's laden with some kind of grainy effect, as if its texture is very low in overall. All in all, the game's cool, it's just bloody damn busted when it comes to performance.

“If the United States had not helped us, we would not have won the war.” - Nikita Krushchev The United States conducted effective military campaigns in Europe, Asia and Africa, while the Soviet Union lost as many as 14 million soldiers due to their incompetent officer corps. The Soviet Union also received critical supplies via the Lend-Lease Act (U.S.) which enabled them to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat at Stalingrad. And let’s not forget that Stalin assisted Hitler with the invasion of Poland in 1939. At the end of the day though it was a group effort. Edit: Grammar
