The Bibak coffee by this recipe will not leave even the most discerning connoisseur indifferent! The classic version with brandy allows you to enjoy the bright flavour of a spicy drink with pleasant notes of citrus, cloves, and cinnamon. It is recommended to drink Bibak coffee for migraines and hangovers.
Ingredients:
2-3 tsp ground coffee
300 ml (10 fl oz) water
60 ml (2 fl oz) brandy
3-4 cloves
a pinch of ground cinnamon
Orange zest to taste
Lemon zest to taste
Sugar to taste
an orange slice (for decoration)
Method:
1. Place the coffee in a cezve or coffee pot. Pour in 2/3 of the volume of water.
2. Brew the coffee and let it steep.
3. Pour the brandy into a saucepan. Add spices, zest, sugar, 1/3 of the volume of water, and place it on the heat.
4. Bring the alcoholic mixture to a boil, stirring. Remove from the heat.
5. Strain the alcoholic mixture and coffee into a serving glass through a sieve.
6. Mix everything thoroughly.
7. Garnish with a slice of orange.
