I agree with Bill Burr here. It's a douche move, and the payoff will not compensate for the runoff. Starting crap like this at work is an excellent way to lose your job. When it goes bad (and it surely will), you'll end up with an adversarial stance with this girl at work, and possible be ducking her irate boyfriend. And if you think this might actually go somewhere, a friend of mine had a very wise saying: You lose a girl the same way you get her. If she'll cheat when she's with someone else, she'll cheat when she's with you.
