If this is your first time to the Ageless Fitness Channel, let me introduce myself. My name is Pauline Adeleke and I confess: I’m a fitness and health fanatic. I will be 70 years young, this year August 24, 2022. My passion is spreading the good word about the benefits of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I’m propelled to do this even more so after reading a Canadian Study, which attributed Lifestyles to the high rise of cancer; such lifestyles are largely the result of food choices.
It’s shocking to note that worldwide cancer rates have been predicted to rise to 1-in-2 women and 1-in-3 men. The Canadian study states that the rate of cancer is growing to the point where getting cancer is more common than getting married or having a first baby.
I’m taking on the mission of changing one mindset at a time, encouraging people to become more “in-tuned” with their food choices; and also to make fitness an intricate part of their lifestyle, regardless of age; my motto: It’s Never to Late!
I am a personal trainer. Working with clients on a one-to-one basis in the New York Metropolitan area as well as remotely online. Let’s connect on the following social media platform:
