Squats - 3 sets of 10 reps
Lunges - 3 sets of 10 reps
Static Leg Extensions - 10 seconds each leg, 3 sets
Calf Raises - 10 reps each leg, 3 sets
Hip Thrusts: 3 sets of 10 reps
Static single leg hip thrust - 30 seconds each leg, 3 sets
Wall Sits - Hold for one minute, 3 sets
Triceps Dips - 3 sets of 10 reps
Pushups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Pullups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Russian Twists - 10 each side, 3 sets
V ups - 3 sets of 10 reps
Plank - Hold for one minute, 3 sets
