Or, you could make chicken or pork fried rice. Combine white prepared rice, your favorite meat scallions eggs and soy sauce and sesame seed oil for the secret Chinese taste!! Look it up on you tube bro. There's a ton of easy recipes....so get to cooking and make some videos on this cause I'll watch em'!!!

When you crack the eggs dont hit them on the edge of the grill or any edge, it pushes pieces of shell in the egg. Hut them on a flat surface, a chef friend of mine told me that little tip...but good video 👍

Ok someone said about egg cracking on flat surface. But didn’t see anything about the trick of making over easy without flipping. If you have any metal lids glass lids with the metal trim around it glasses better so you can see the egg and get a couple squirt bottles put like oil in the 1 and then water in the other. Over easy eggs crack them let cook when you’re ready to flip them grab the water and the lid preferably glass so you can see through it squirt the water you want lot of steam under that lid watch the egg cook if you got the glass lid you’ll see when the eggs done pick up the lid move egg to the cool side or on to a plate and move to the next food item.

@@paulsq_Excellent pulled the trigger on the 28" ProSeries from Walmart. Unfortunately, after building it, the griddle iron did not sit correctly on the body, wrote them, had to sand down and put some washers on a brand new unit. Kind of pissed about this but giving them an opportunity to make things right. Maybe a Gift Card or something. Waiting on them, Thanks for the reply. You take care.
