I love playing scales!!! They help me in so many ways from ear training, theory, soloing, practice, learning songs. Scales are the foundation to becoming a great player.

Note skipping? If only that was around back in the day...when I'd forgotten my homework, and had to bring a note from my mom to be excused. Thanks for another one of your great show and tells! I always learn a lot. And here I had thought that I had to be some kind of snake, or have (scales) fall from my eyes to appreciate them....but not so. Scales, and loving it!
