For quite some time I've adhered to a certain maxim about what we call "perfect form". That maxim is this: You cannot take a bad photo, from any angle, of perfect form. For years I've been chasing this ideal, and yet every slo-motion video of my mechanics always revealed a bad frame or two.
Today, thanks to a training session with Lee Wence, who is the Yoda in the story of The Method, I produced what appears to be flawless form. I don't think it's possible to capture a frame of these mechanics that looks wrong. By Jove, I think I've done it at last!
The timing couldn't be better, as we are about to film Chapter 2 of The Method docuseries. This chapter will be called "Adding Momentum", it will instruct in the biomechanics that got me from my remedial standstill form in the last chapter, to this. Thanks as always for watching my channel, and for your love of this great sport!
