Hi Cameron, I have always admired your tenacity and enthusiasm. I lifted weights and ran for 26 years and wound up with arthritis in every joint and 6 major surgeries on my back. Don't take me wrong; I'm not saying to not exercise. Far from it. I'm saying instead of running 10 miles, hike 15. Instead of lifting 90-100% or your max, just do many repetitions with 50 to 60%. If you even feel a twinge of tendinitis stop and completely try another exercise. Too much hype and testosterone drove me to become a broken down 53 year old. You're a genetic gift.
