This is a super healthy and delicious stir fry recipe with tofu and cashews. This can be eaten as is or can be served with white/brown rice. You can add any vegetables of your choice like baby corn, green peppers, green beans. Also, tofu can be substituted with paneer.
Ingredients
Tofu - 150 gms (1 cup)
Onions - 1/2 cup
Bell peppers - 1/2 cup
Broccoli - 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste -1 tbsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Dry red chilies - 4
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
